The Daniandry Hotel (1986-2007)
Originally constructed in 1986, the Daniandry hotel was converted and renovated by Damianou Developers Ltd again in 2002.
The
Daniandry Hotel was a 2* hotel with 3* room facilities built in 1986,
located in the outskirts of Oroklini Village, 200 meters from the beach
and tourist boulevard, otherwise known as Dhekelia Road ‘tourist
strip’. The Hotel sat within an area of 1,113sq meters and the building
itself is 668 square meters in size and in the year 2002 underwent full
refurbishment, from external building and landscaping to interior design
and decoration.
With
19,on-suite, twin rooms, each room was equipped with air-conditioning and
heating, their own fridges, TV’s, telephones and private balconies over
looking the in-ground pool.
Disabled
facilities were also catered for in one room together with public access
points and services, including elevator/lift.
